Luxury Travel Advisor in Chicago

For trips that cannot be assembled from a search box: multi-country itineraries, milestone celebrations, and the kind of travel where the details are the point. Our advisors design custom luxury travel for Chicago clients.

What a luxury advisor actually does

The visible part is the itinerary: the right hotel in the right neighborhood, a table that does not take public reservations, a private guide who is worth the day rate. The invisible part is what makes it work — hotel partner programs that come with upgrades and breakfast, chauffeur transfers that are actually waiting, and a person who answers the phone at 2 AM when the connection in Zurich falls apart.

Luxury travel is not about spending more. It is about spending precisely — the difference between an expensive trip and a great one is almost always the selection, not the price tag.

Trips we design

Multi-week Europe itineraries with private drivers and guides. Milestone trips — 50th birthdays, anniversaries, retirement — that people will talk about for a decade. First-class and business-class air strategy, including when premium economy is the honest answer. Japan, Morocco, and the Adriatic — the destinations where a fixer on the ground changes the trip. And quiet luxuries: the room away from the elevator, the cabin with the unobstructed view.

How we work

We start with a conversation about how you like to travel — pace, privacy, food, what you loved and hated about past trips. Then a proposed itinerary with pricing and the reasoning behind every choice. You refine; we rework. Once booked, you get a single document with every confirmation, and a phone number that reaches a person.

How it works

1. Tell us about the trip

A short call or email — who's traveling, when, and what you want out of it. Fifteen minutes is usually enough.

2. Get a tailored plan

Your advisor comes back with a concrete itinerary and pricing — options, not a menu of everything.

3. We book and stand behind it

We handle reservations, changes, and the details en route. If something goes sideways while you travel, you call a person, not a hold queue.

Common questions

Do you charge planning fees?

Most trips are planned on commission at no fee. For complex bespoke itineraries that require substantial design work, we may quote a planning fee — credited back in many cases when the trip is booked. You will always know before we start.

Can you get upgrades and perks?

Through hotel partner programs, many bookings come with space-available upgrades, daily breakfast, and resort credits. These are real, not marketing — but they are space-available, and we will never promise a specific upgrade.

Is a luxury advisor only for very expensive trips?

No. The label is about how the trip is designed, not the budget. A well-planned $4,000 week beats a badly planned $15,000 one, and we plan both.

How far ahead should we plan a custom trip?

For multi-stop itineraries with private guides, 6–12 months out gets the best guides and hotels. Inside that window we still build excellent trips — with a few more honest trade-offs.
